Unfold. Unmask. Come as you are.
Come as you are.
You might have landed here because something feels off or missing in your sexual life. Or maybe something is (re)awakening – a flicker of something, a pull towards change you can’t ignore any more. Or maybe you just want to feel more like yourself.
Whatever brings you here, this is a space to explore your sexual self not as a problem to solve, but as a doorway into deeper self-knowledge, self-trust, and personal liberation.

"We tend to think of the erotic as an easy, tantalizing sexual arousal. I speak of the erotic as the deepest life force, a force which moves us toward living in a fundamental way.”
— Audre Lorde, Uses of the Erotic: The Erotic as Power
Hi, I'm Robyn (she/they)
I’m a sexuality coach with a background in bodywork, sex work, and healing practices that honour the complexity of erotic life. I bring to this work over a decade of experience supporting people through sexual reclamation, identity shifts, and nervous system healing.
People tend to find me when they’re on the edge of some kind of shift. Sometimes it’s clear: “I think I might be queer / kinky / neurodivergent / a survivor of trauma.” Sometimes it’s more vague, a sense that something is out of sync: “I feel shut down.” “I don’t recognize myself anymore.” “Is this all there is?”
You don’t need to have all the answers.

You don’t need to have all the answers.
You just need a place to bring the questions.
Together, we can explore the deeper patterns underneath sexual struggles, identity questions, and nervous system overwhelm. We follow the threads with curiosity and compassion, while making room for confusion, desire, grief, laughter, and contradiction.

"The way Robyn has helped me to be mindful and aware of myself has made me feel more confident, not only with my own body image but also with my sexual and physical energy – tools that have allowed me to be stronger and more empowered in my everyday life."

My approach
Grounded & Safe
- Relational. Building a trusting relationship is what allows us to explore deeper patterns safely and confidently together.
- Curiosity-led. I prioritize exploration and discovery over goals and performance.
- Gender-affirming. I don't assume I know how your gender informs your sexuality, but I invite you to tell me about how it works for you in your life and in your body.
Embodied & Integrated
- Somatic. Rooted in somatic (body) awareness, nervous system care, deep listening, and an abiding belief in the wisdom of the body.
- Trauma-informed. We work at your pace, using language and tools that center your nervous system, not override it.
- Integrated. Sexuality is never separate from your life, body, history, relationships, creativity, and sense of self. All of you is welcome.
Liberatory & Affirming
- Pleasure-positive. I recognize pleasure as a vital, life-affirming resource and an expression of creative life force – not a luxury or something to be earned.
- Shame-resilient. We work gently with shame as it arises, without letting it define you.
- Liberatory. Supporting your unmasking from cultural, gendered, and sexual scripts and expectations.
"If you are feeling lost sexually or emotionally I would highly recommend a session with Robyn. It may be the best thing you do for yourself."
— I., Systems Software Engineer and Developer
